These shipping conditions apply only to deliveries within our specified regions. We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home free of charge with no minimum order value required.

Shipping Your Order

Found the perfect look on our website? We want you to enjoy it as soon as possible! Therefore, we ensure that your order is processed and shipped promptly.

Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT).
  • Order processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Average delivery time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping cost: Free delivery.

Once you place your order, you will receive a personal tracking code by email, allowing you to track your order with our delivery partner.

Defective Product?

We’re sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, sometimes products can get damaged during transit. In such cases, we will send a new package free of charge. However, we cannot provide a refund for the first replacement. If something goes wrong with the second delivery, we will issue a full refund.

Changing Address or Phone Number

Would you like to change the phone number or address provided at the time of ordering? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@skycomgloballtd.com before your order has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, we can no longer change this information. In this case, you would need to return the package and place a new order.

Lost Package?

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will first send a replacement package before proceeding with a refund. If the order is still not received 60 days after dispatch, a refund may be requested.
